Drinking milk feels like one of the most natural things you do, in terms of where it comes from and how it refreshes you and makes you feel healthy. All our long-life milk goes through the same process of heating it to 140°c for a few seconds, which removes the spores that are present in the milk and which in other products can then turn the milk sour and unpleasant after a few days. You won’t get that with our Just Milk products. We call this Ultra High Temperature (UHT) milk and we have developed a range of products which serve the needs of a milk-loving public.
Our range of long-life UHT milk
We have three types of milk in our UHT range, lactose-free, skimmed and semi-skimmed. Each of our products are dedicated to four key principles:
- Long-life – Our products last for much longer than regular milk and only require cold storage once opened.

The three core products in our range include:
- Lactose-free – Lactose-intolerance affects over three million people in the UK, who can suffer stomach discomfort and diarrhoea. We have reacted to that at Just Milk. - Semi-skimmed – It is claimed that our award-winning semi-skimmed UHT milk is our tastiest, and we work hard to maintain the trademark ‘creamy’ taste, while also ensuring our semi-skimmed milk is versatile in the kitchen. It is also ideal for frothy coffees where the bubbles last for longer.
